Beaches

Peachland’s Beach Avenue - runs parallel to the lakeshore and offers 11 kms of unfettered access to beaches, marine parks and docks. The beaches are pebbled with adjoining grassy sections. Enjoy water sports of every kind!


Antler's Beach

Antlers Beach is the start of Peachland’s glorious beach area at the far South end of Peachland. The beach is right off Highway 97 across from Hardy Falls Regional Park. Available parking and picnic area is located at the mouth of the creek. Hardy Falls is an easy 10-20 minute walk over small bridges on a well-marked trail.


Pentown Marina

Located at the South end of Peachland. Boats, personal watercrafts and water toys are available. This is the only public marina between Kelowna & Penticton.


Okanagan Mountain Park

Straight across the lake from Peachland. Good overnight camping with shelter from north winds. Secluded sandy beaches with picnic tables, fire pits and hiking trails. Places to explore are Commando Bay, and Wild Horse Canyon.


Peachland Day Use Wharf

Located at Peachland Centre. Breakwater, enter with care. This wharf provides very good shelter from south and north winds. Located downtown across from many shops and restaurants, for day use moorage only.


Heritage Park

Located in the downtown South end of Peachland. Heritage Park features a day wharf, flat picnic area, lake front, Rotary Pavilion, Spirit Square and a children’s playground.


Swim Bay

Swim Bay is located at Beach Avenue and 6th Street in downtown Peachland across from the historic primary school. The area has picnic tables, a concession stand, zip-line, washrooms and children’s playground. This is the only beach in the Okanagan with lifeguard supervision on duty every day from May 24 - Labour Day.


Rattlesnake Island

Straight across the lake from Peachland boaters. The island has a small bay on the south side for refuge of small boats only. Divers, there are small caves on the west side with rock formations and sheer drop-offs. It is not recommended to go between the island and the shore for the depth of the channel is shallow. The shore is very rocky, so beach with care.


Dog Beaches

First location:
At the Princeton Avenue and Beach Avenue junction on the "T" Boat Launch.
This location features public boat launch and breakwater, swimming (dogs allowed) and picnic tables.

Second location:
At Strachan's Corner - From Peachland Yacht Club at 8th Street to the Wharf at Strachan's Corner
*This is an on leash dog beach.
